Eligibility for Return

You can request a return within 3–5 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged product

  • Missing items inside the package

  • Expired or faulty product (if applicable)

Important:
Opening/unboxing must be recorded on video. The video must clearly show the package, seal, and the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened items

  • Unsealed cosmetics or skincare

  • Gift items damaged after delivery

  • Products purchased during flash sale / offer

  • Items without unboxing video evidence


Return Process

  1. Contact us through Facebook / WhatsApp / Website Chat.

  2. Share your order number + unboxing video.

  3. Our team will verify the issue within 24 hours.

  4. You will receive confirmation for return or replacement.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified:

  • Refund will be processed within 48–72 hours

  • Refund methods: bKash / Nagad / Store Credit

  • Store credit refunds can be used on any future purchase

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was our mistake.


Replacement / Exchange

If the product you want is in stock, we will arrange a quick replacement at no extra cost (only if the issue is valid).

If the item is out of stock, you may choose:

  • Full refund

  • Store credit

  • Exchange with another item


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
